Tuition Costs

Summer 2008 tuition rates for 2 graduate credits:

In-state (Pennsylvania):

$1162 ($581 per credit) plus $70 fees = $1232 total tuition and fees

Out-of-State:

$2096 ($1048 per credit) plus $70 fees = $2166 total tuition and fees

Tuition Subsidies

Teachers are responsible for tuition and fees. Many school districts provide tuition support, so check on availably. Partial subsidies can provide monies not covered by the district.

NOTE: If your district does not provide tuition reimbursement, please make note of this in the comment section of the application.

Tuition subsidies are available for ALL of the workshops on a competitive basis. The tuition subsidies are need-based and assessed on a first-come, first-served basis. Notification of tuition subsidies will be sent on April 2, 2008; however applications may be submitted until May 31, 2008.

Teachers walk the scale model of the solar system.

"Spending part of my summer at Penn State is one of the highlights of my year. The teacher workshops have opened my eyes to wonders of the universe that I never dreamed existed."
